1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Weblo's AI employee services, including our SMS/text messaging features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Service Description

Weblo provides AI employee services that enable automated customer interactions through voice, SMS, and email communication. Our services may include:

  • Voice-based customer service agents
  • SMS/text messaging notifications and communications
  • Automated appointment scheduling
  • Information provision and assistance
  • Other voice and messaging functions as described in our service offerings

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using our services
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our services
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Weblo or its clients, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS/text messages at the phone number you provide. You understand and agree to the following terms:

Types of Messages

You may receive transactional SMS messages related to property management services, including:

  • Maintenance request updates and scheduling confirmations
  • Appointment and property viewing confirmations
  • Rent payment reminders and confirmations
  • Service notifications and status updates
  • Leasing inquiry follow-ups

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on maintenance requests, appointments, payment schedules, and other service-related activities.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges. Weblo is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communications or your use of other services.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, service, or product. You may choose not to receive SMS messages and still use our services through other communication channels.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Compliance

Our SMS messaging program operates in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Weblo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

9. Security and Data Protection

We are committed to ensuring the security of your data and protecting your privacy. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
