By completing this form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Weblo and its clients regarding property management services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Program Description

Weblo SMS Notifications is a transactional SMS messaging program operated by Weblo AI on behalf of property management companies. The program delivers service-related text messages to tenants, prospective tenants, and property owners regarding their property management services.

Messages sent through this program include maintenance request updates, appointment and property viewing confirmations, rent payment reminders, service notifications and status updates, and leasing inquiry follow-ups.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Weblo through any of the following methods:

  • Providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration or tenant onboarding
  • Submitting your phone number through a property management portal with an explicit consent acknowledgment
  • Providing verbal consent during a phone call with a property management representative, which is documented in our systems

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Weblo and its clients at that number.

Sample Messages

Below are examples of the types of messages you may receive:

Hi Sarah, your maintenance request #1234 has been scheduled for Tuesday 3/12 at 2:00 PM. A technician will arrive between 2-4 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Reminder: Your rent payment of $1,850.00 is due on 04/01. Visit your tenant portal to make a payment. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Your property viewing at 123 Main St, Apt 4B has been confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out of messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month based on maintenance requests, appointment scheduling, payment reminders, and other service-related communications. Message volume is directly tied to your interactions with your property management provider.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Weblo does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
  • Email us at info@weblo.ai with your phone number and a request to unsubscribe

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect your property management services or other forms of communication.
